I made an order on November 12, expecting it to arrive by now. However, upon checking the website, the delivery date has been pushed back to December 29. I urgently need these items before Christmas, as I ordered them with sufficient time and was not given any notice about delays. The products have been in stock at other retailers, so I am puzzled why there would be a shortage. I have been waiting on hold for over an hour without any indication of when I will speak to someone. The level of service is extremely disappointing. Can you please assist me with this issue?

I contacted customer support regarding an item I ordered, but was informed it's out of stock. I requested the order be canceled as I will seek an alternative. I stressed that I did not wish to be charged later and was assured I wouldn't be. Yesterday, I noticed an attempt to charge my account. I no longer desire the item and seek to resolve this to ensure I am not charged. How can this issue be rectified on your end to prevent any future billing concerns?

I made a purchase on gamestop.com (order number [redacted][redacted]) on December 14th and selected express shipping. The website indicated the order would be processed in 1-2 business days and delivered 1-2 business days after processing. I received a tracking number on December 15th, but the item hasn't been shipped yet. I bought the "Playstation VR Marvel's Iron Man VR Bundle" as a Christmas present and am eager to receive it in time.

On 12/13/20, I purchased a physical gift card from Game Stop. The order was processed on 12/14/20. Despite not receiving a shipping email, the website indicated the item had been shipped. I tried contacting customer service twice via the web form, but received no response within 24-48 hours. When I called on 12/22/20 four times, I faced various issues and delays. During the calls, I was given conflicting information about my order, leading to frustration and miscommunication. Ultimately, the customer service representative mentioned my physical gift card was actually digital and offered to provide the card number without a PIN. After a series of transfers and being placed on hold for long periods, I was unable to obtain a resolution or a refund. I was also informed that a digital/visual gift card would be sent to my email within 1-3 business days due to the order being in Shipment Processing and they couldn't refund my original payment method. Unfortunately, as of today (12/24), I have yet to receive any further updates via email.

I bought the Cyberpunk [redacted] Xbox Series S bundle as a present for my nephew. The digital download code worked initially, but the game started crashing and glitching, making it unplayable. It appears this is a known issue by the manufacturers or game developers. I am requesting a full refund for this game so I can get him a gift that works properly. I accidentally used my new phone number instead of my PowerUp Rewards number when placing my Series S preorder. The order now shows the previous owner's name linked to my new number. I cannot pick up my order without an ID in the previous owner's name. I would prefer not to cancel and reorder due to the long wait times currently.

On December 14th, I visited my nearest Gamestop store in Pistoia, Italy, and placed an online order for Assassin's Creed III Remastered for the Xbox One. I paid 40.98 euros and was told the item would be delivered to my home within 2 to 3 days. However, it has been over a week, and I have yet to receive my order. Additionally, the store misspelled my name when noting down my email address, making it impossible for me to track my order. I only have the product code, which is [redacted]. I placed an order at the Larkins Corner GameStop in Boothwyn, PA, for a PS4 and a headset with express delivery. When I received the package on time, the headset was missing. After contacting customer service and patiently following the process, I was promised a review of my case for the missing item and a refund for the express delivery fee. However, several months have passed, and I have not received any resolution, headset, or refund. As a long-time loyal customer, I am disappointed with the handling of my complaint. I urge GameStop to rectify this situation promptly.

I ordered a digital Xbox gift card from GameStop for my brother's birthday on November 20. I received the code and passed it on to him, but it said it was already used when he tried to redeem it. I called GameStop, and they promised to email a new code within an hour, but I didn't receive it. I reached out through the website but got no response. I've been on hold for over 90 minutes without speaking to anyone yet. I request a prompt replacement code for the $20 gift card or a refund from GameStop due to this issue.

I placed an order for a PS5 Bundle on December 18 and received order #[redacted][redacted], but I haven't received a confirmation email. When I checked my account, it shows the order is in progress. I'm wondering if my order went through and when I can expect to receive the confirmation email. This is a Christmas gift for my grandkids, and even though they won't get it on Christmas, I want to be able to assure them they will receive it once they are available again. I am attempting to buy the Xbox Series X through Xbox All Access on GameStop's website. The site shows available stock, but when I click "get started," it prompts me to log in. After logging in and clicking "get started" again, it directs me to apply for a Citizens One line of credit. The popup lacks information on how or where to apply for the credit line but shows "proceed" and "cancel" buttons. Clicking "cancel" removes the popup, while selecting "proceed" leads me to the GameStop homepage instead of the credit application. I need assistance in transitioning from the product page to applying for the credit to purchase the Xbox Series X All Access bundle. Citizens One mentioned that I must apply for this credit line on GameStop's site during the purchase process.

I made two orders using QuadPay, but when I tried to return an item at the store, I was informed that I could only get a refund in the form of a gift card. Despite agreeing to this, QuadPay was not notified about the return, and they kept deducting money from my account. I contacted GameStop and QuadPay for assistance, but GameStop's customer service line was unresponsive. I am frustrated by this situation and the $50 deduction today alone. I urgently need a refund to my debit card and not a gift card. The lack of resolution is very disappointing, especially since I lost my job in March due to Covid-19. I am facing financial strain and delays in receiving Christmas presents for my son from GameStop only add to the stress. I need this issue resolved promptly.

I reside in Canada, and someone from the United States engaged in fraudulent activity by making an unauthorized purchase on GameStop using my PayPal account. Upon receiving an email notification from PayPal about the order, I promptly reported the issue to GameStop through their website's help center and requested the cancellation of the order. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from them yet. I am now seeking their contact number to speak with customer support. Additionally, I am attempting to contact PayPal for customer assistance as I am unable to file a dispute online due to the terms and conditions set forth in the user agreement since the transaction took place in the United States.

I accidentally purchased the wrong Xbox, but I promptly returned it unopened. I got an email confirming the receipt of the product on December 7th. Despite waiting for seven business days, I haven't received my refund of over $[redacted]. After sending around five emails, someone assured me the refund would be processed within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for the refund. As a loyal customer of Game Stop, I'm disappointed with the way this issue has been handled, particularly considering the significant amount of the purchase.

I've been attempting to obtain a refund for my Nintendo Switch, covered by warranty, due to a malfunction. Unfortunately, GameStop has been unresponsive to my parents' calls. I initially ordered two items - one was successfully delivered, while the other was out of stock. Despite numerous attempts to cancel the out-of-stock item before Christmas, I was unsuccessful. After multiple attempts, I finally spoke to someone who helped me get a partial refund of $18.18 instead of the $20.99 I was promised. I am dissatisfied with GameStop’s unreliable customer service and the difficulties encountered when trying to resolve issues. The constantly changing order numbers and the overall lack of professionalism have made this a frustrating experience. I demand a full refund as the mistakes were due to GameStop's error in managing orders. I regret my decision to purchase from GameStop and am hesitant to recommend their online store due to this disappointing experience.

I accidentally bought the $69.99 version of Call of Duty Cold War digital edition for Xbox instead of the PlayStation version. I only realized my mistake after completing the purchase. I used two $20 GameStop gift cards and paid the remainder with my MasterCard, totaling over $75. I haven't used the code and cannot use the content on Xbox.
