I placed a preorder for a Nintendo Switch bundle with GameStop on March **st. It was supposed to ship on the **th of April. However, after recieving an email that my order would be delayed on the **st of April, I got an email that it had shipped on the **th. However, the email only said that Animal Crossing (the game) has shipped. I was also charged only $** - which is the retail value of just the game. I am confused, because I was only supposed to be charged the bundle price (not the retail price of every item separately). I also haven’t received shipping notice for any other part of the bundle (the Switch, controller. Etc). I don’t understand why the game shipped and not the bundle, or why I was charged for just Animal Crossing when I ordered it as a part of a bundle. Customer service line was completely useless and will NOT answer no matter how long you stay on the line.
GetHuman4726728 did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
