I got the $* warranty on my Xbox One LVL ** Black Headset for my controller and it stopped working a couple days ago, I never received a warranty sticker and can not locate my receipt. I purchased the headset on March *nd from store **** ( Gamestop) in louisville KY for the Amount of $**.**. The headset is $**.** ( the price from gamestops website) along with the $* warranty and *% sales tax brings that purchase to **.**. I cant not find my receipt but i do have a bank statement that shows that i paid with a debit card. The stores also tried looking up my warranty with my phone number ***-***-**** and they didn't find anything. I called several stores and was told that i need to call customer service for help (***-***-****) at the time of typing this out i have been waiting on the line for * hour and ** minutes. Im not trying to be an angry customer, i just want my headset replaced so i can play my games more comfortably. **Justin
