I ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite from GameStop and as soon as I got it in the mail it had issues. The Switch would not play physical game cards as well as downloaded games. After speaking intensively with Nintendo, they said the best course of action would be to get a refund from GS. I've been trying to call them to ensure I will get a full refund once I send it back, but have not been able to contact them.

GetHuman4613023 did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
