I went into the store to purchase some games. Neither employee acknowledged me or my boyfriend when we walked in or offered to help us. When I found what I wanted one employee didn't acknowledge that I was at the counter with my items even though he was right in front of me. At no point did the employee say they would help me or they would need a minute. The employee just walked away. Eventually the other employee saw me and began to ring me up. The most expensive game was priced $**.** and I was charged $**.**. I brought this up to the cashier and he said the other game I purchased was priced wrong so it would "even out" once he rung me up. He overcharged me several dollars and it didn't "even out" like he said it would. When I looked at the receipt and the stickers on the games I saw he did overcharge me.*I went back In and the first employee ignored me like he did the first time I went to the register. He asked the family who was already in there and just browsing if they were ready to pay. They said yes and he took them. I was forced to have the cashier who originally over charged me do my return.*I explained that he overcharged me. The employee didn't apologize or explain. They asked for my name, address and phone number which I was uncomfortable giving to them because I don't have an account there so my contact information for a return is very unnecessary. The employee that originally ignored me eventually came over and it looked like he was looking at the game and the register to see what was going on. I'm very upset that I was treated this way and especially because I was overcharged and never given an apology. I'm considering going back to return the other two games I purchased and never setting foot in there again.
