Hello. My name is Krista Gibson. I have spoken with * different representives since Monday. My placed on online order on ********. Order number ****************. I believed and confirmed I ordered the bundle- Nintendo switch, $** gift card, and the game-Mario cart. On Monday I received the gaming system but no game. I sent an email on ********, I still have had no reply. I called and spoke with a rep after being on hold for * hours and ** minutes. The rep told me that my game has been shipped and I should receive it this week. It is now Friday, ***** and I still have not received a game. I am now on hold with your customer service for over * hours and * minutes. I have spoken with * different reps, * being a supervisor. These reps now have no recap of my phone call on Monday. They have confirmed my bundle that I was told ordered and believed ordered on ******** was available that day but not the one I ordered. The supervisor was very rude to me, told me he would not help me. My frustration is... why would I waste now and counting over * hours of my life fighting for a $** game? I have spent over $*** on a system. All I want is what was told to me to be honored. If this cannot be honored I will be returning the system and spending my time and money at a different business. IF that means spending more money than I am ok with that. I have had a terrible experience. Are you able to send me the game that was included in the bundle that I ordered on *****? That I should be receiving.
