I attempted to place an order online yesterday during Cyber Monday. Everytime I clicked "submit order" I would get an stating that my credit card info was invalid, Undefined submission error, or just a simple check back later error. I called customer service and left my number for a call back, which never happened. I then called and remained on the line for one hour and ** minutes before the line cut off. I called this morning around *:**, left a number and then again around **:**. Not once did it say that the order was successful on the Gamestop website, however, I have an email from paypal with a transaction number for the money that will be paid to Gamestop for my order. When I log in to my Gamestop account all the items are still in my cart, without the Cyber Monday prices, and there is no order history. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
