I filed a Geico claim on auto accident. ** hours passed, but there is no Geico rep contact me. Also, I do not see any update on my claim online. The passenger door is stuck. I need to get a replacement car from Geico before I need to use when Monday starts.
This is very frustrating that they didn't realize that my accident car is not safe to drive and the passenger door is stuck, so I need a replacement car to drive.
