The issue in GetHuman-bauchuck's own words
My April **, **** Auto Policy Payment of $***.** was mis-handled & not applied to my policy. I have contacted Geico Customer Service (*) times and*Geico has not found where my Payment went to. I had to take an additional Auto Policy to obtain coverage. I have emailed proof of their withdrawal of the payment from my checking account. I need help!!
GetHuman-bauchuck did not yet indicate what GEICO should do to make this right.
