We have been customer since ****. I'm trying to add a *rd car onto my policy - a **** Volvo.**You are trying to charge us even more money now for a new car because it will cost more to fix if damaged - yet at the same time, you are charging us more for another car (**** Mercedes SUV) since it is no longer "new". We already have a **** BMW with you.**This is the worst customer service - no considerations for loyalty - it's outrageous. I cannot imagine that your CEO would agree with this which is where my next communication is going coupled with twitter and every other accessible social media forum. Look forward to your response.
