We can not send email from our tablets or cellphones. From computers it may or may not send. Laptop, tablets and cellphones are on wifi (your modem*router), desktop computer is on ethernet to router. Laptop, tablets and cellphones can send just fine if at another location's wifi - even neighbor who is also on Frontier. Have spent nearly * hours with * of your engineers who connected into my desktop and couldn't figure out what's wrong. I've come to strongly suspect there is an issue at your end of my DSL connection that is preventing my devices to connect to your SMTP server. Receive emails okay, so POP* server is good. Can send emails through the webmail.frontier.com website, but that is a bit cumbersome, especially with the tablets and cellphones. This has been going on for over a year now. Talking to the people at your so-called help center have not gotten us anywhere as they're all convinced the issue is with all of my devices. Please, please help us resolve this extremely frustrating issue.
