We moved from California and canceled our account for home phone, Frontier did not stop it and continued to charge for * months, when we call numerous times we get someone that says they will take care, but nothing happens. They were supposed to reimburse us for the months but nothing! This has gone on since Feb.**rd. We now live in Pa. where Frontier has no service. We need an attorney to straighten this out. They were to disconnect on Feb.*** but they never did it till April . Please help, they owe us! *$***.** so far.
