I am experiencing frequent issues with my Wifi connection being slow or constantly dropping. Error messages indicate problems with the driver for the wifi router gateway and/or network adapter. These pop up around every 10 minutes, making it impossible to work effectively. Email links are also very slow. Interestingly, my TV connection seems to be unaffected. I use Mozilla Firefox, have Mcafee protection, and do not use a VPN. I am running on Microsoft 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We reside at 6:08 North Nugent Avenue. Our issue is that our internet and phone line was damaged by a large truck that crossed the road, leaving it split on two sides. We have been without internet for three days and are eager to have this resolved. We had initial installation scheduled twice, first on Friday 06/15 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, and then again yesterday, Friday 06/30 between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Unfortunately, no technician showed up on either day, and we did not receive any cancellation or rescheduling notification. Frontier is a new service provider in our area (South St. Petersburg, FL), and this experience has greatly disappointed us. We have the equipment box sent by Frontier and need guidance on where to return it. If this is how Frontier's communication and service will be, we might stick with Spectrum.

Every month, I have been incorrectly charged for YouTube TV along with my internet service. Despite not subscribing to YouTube TV, I have diligently contacted customer service via phone and chat each month for hours, yet the issue persists. I am in need of a refund for the charges on my American Express autopay. Frustrated by the repetitive errors, I have removed the automatic payment from my account. Resolving this seemingly simple issue has consumed an excessive amount of my time. Please assist me in rectifying this matter promptly. Thank you.

Yesterday, I spoke with a worker installing Frontier fiber optic cable on my street. After reviewing his installation map, I noticed my home was not included on it. I have attempted to contact your Customer Support Number but have been consistently directed to a recording. Moreover, I have not yet received my bill through traditional mail as required by law, in a printed form to facilitate payment for my phone service. If sending a hard-copy bill through USPS is not feasible, I intend to escalate the issue by reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and my State Representative. I am not interested in utilizing an app to settle my bill, as I have not consented to this method of payment. My parents' Frontier landline phone has been out for several days, which is a common occurrence. They do not have internet access. My father, aged 87, recently underwent surgery for his kidney cancer, and my mother, also in her 80s, is unwell. They reside in a remote area about three miles away. Whenever I try to connect, the line either disconnects, only rings, or produces a busy signal. Frontier informed us that they are unable to send a technician until November 18, [redacted], leaving us without a means of communication for almost two weeks, which is essential for us, their children.

I encountered a problem with my TV sets last night. While watching NBC in the den, the image frequently froze, and despite attempting to reboot, the menu options were unresponsive. After turning the TV off and on, it briefly worked but eventually froze and remained frozen all day today. The bedroom TV was functional until it, too, froze after a reboot that has been stuck on "starting live tv" for over 90 minutes. I have tried unplugging and reconnecting the cords to no avail. I am unsure if this is a widespread issue or limited to my setup. With silence in my home, I am eager to resolve this before the Bowl Game tonight. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
