Hello, I had a flight scheduled for departure on April **, **** at **:**AM to Miami. This was during the COVID-** pandemic. I had to cancel my flight and was given miles to claim for another time. The total credit I was to receive was for a total of $***.** I had claimed my miles but I was trying to redeem them now and I have no miles attached to my account* *********** and I show no form of credits that I was to receive towards another booking in the future. I had claimed my miles and did not receive any emails regarding my claimed credits. I am now trying to book and am unable to do so. I would like to receive my credits*points to utilize for my new booking. How can I book? I have attached a picture of my credit email. Can you please help and or advise on how I can claim them to use or will I have to call in. I have tried to connect over the phone multiple times but the wait times are long and then I keep getting hung up on. *Feel free to let me know if there is any additional information required.
