Me and my partner, Karen Ravizza, we’re on flight **** on October **, ****, Which was canceled add ab which was canceled. I immediately called many other airlines and was unable to get another flight on that day. Your staff on the ground told us your next flight was not going to be until Sunday. Sitting on the table in front of me right now is over $**** worth of US Formula* tickets, including show tickets for Bruno Mars and Britney Spears, top-of-the-line club level seating and parking passes for a weekend planned months in advance. This is the busiest weekend in Austin Texas of the entire year. When I lost my rental car because Payless rentals won’t extend the reservation longer than two hours, And tried to get another reservation, I found no cars at five other companies. Without a car, I had no way to get to my hotel which was ** minutes away from the airport. Without a car, it was impossible to complete my trip. Meanwhile, Your company’s attitude on the phone was basically “ there’s nothing we can do“. Hundreds of people were inconvenienced and your company couldn’t even bring in a plane from another location to take care of them. Because you have no cooperative effort with other airlines you just let us sit there. You’re lucky you didn’t have a riot on your hands.* It’s now Friday morning, and my event has already begun. It is a three day event, and I would’ve been willing to miss the first day if I could have found a way to replace my flight and my car, and my hotel as well as my reservations are all canceled by now., however, every single airline flying from the San Francisco Bay area, SFO, OAK, SJC, are sold out. I’ve lost thousands and thousands of dollars, months of preparation, and I expect to be compensated for those losses. Don’t play games with me, if I have to get an attorney I will. Respond to me by regular email so I can send you copies of these tickets. Get me on a plane immediately, find me a car and a hotel, or pay for what you’ve done with your lack of concern.
