Our flight was overbooked and we were emailed an offer of $*** voucher per traveler to change our flight. We initially declined but then decided to take the offer. When calling customer service again we were told Frontier no longer needed people to change. However when we arrived at the airport (* hours early) we had no seats. After several frustrating hours arguing that frontier needed to “get us home” we were finally offered a flight on United airline through Chicago. Our boarding passes were printed and indicated our final destination was NOT Indianapolis but Dayton Ohio Several more phone calls to several more customer service reps left us with “there is nothing we can do for you”. One rep (June) told us to fly to Dayton and Uber the *.* hour drive home. She indicated Frontier would compensate us $** for the inconvenience. Why would Frontier airline leave their travelers stranded and not ensure their safety home???? How would $** compensate our time? Stress? We would not only like a refund for the flight we were denied home from San Diego but also compensation for the rental car and gas required to get us back home. Please call us immediately to rectify this unfortunate treatment we received from the staff at Frontier. *Walter J and Cathleen Leganza. ***-***-****
