We have had an issue on almost every step of the way going from Seattle to Syracuse and back. Right now we are sitting in the gate area at Denver Airport with no idea of when we'll get home. *I'm writing this in Hope's that it might get to the CEO of FRONTIER AIRLINES. The workers on the ground are trying to maintain their professionalism and we passengers are keeping our civility. *To the LEADERSHIP of FRONTIER AIRLINES your integrity as an AMERICAN air carrier is on the line. Are you going to LET US DOWN tonight at your HEADQUARTERS. YOU CAN'T FIND A PART??? WE NEED TO GET HOME TONIGHT EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO COME TO GATE A** AND GET US HOME ON ANOTHER AIRLINE OR PUT US UP IN A HOTEL. COME DOWN HERE AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR PASSENGERS!!!
