this morning i was booked on a *am flight out of islip ny to orlando when i got to the counter your employee told me i could not get on the flight because i wasnt there * hours ahead of time she turned and told me she could not help me your employee was so rude i walked away in tears she offered no help at all im ** with dissabilities and fixed income so here i was stranded I want back to try to talk to her again she was ruder than the first time sh jumped up shaking her hand at me said she wasnt going to deal with me she actually jumped up on the scale where luggage is weighed i asked for a supervisor and her rely was there was not one and she was the only one i could deal with I asked her name and was told she didnt have to give it to me how do u have people like this work for your company your fairly new to islip this is how u want to be represented i will never fly your airline again i have posted to every site i could told family and friends and posted on social media i was so upset i went to southwest they came to my rescue for a new company in the ny airport shame on you train your emplyees better train them to deal with people the women this morning should be fired i know i worked for verizon and our job was working with the public this was a very costly mistake for me choosing your airline
