My daughter, infant grandson and I recently were to have a flight out of Raleigh Durham to Syracuse. When we arrived at the airport there were at least ** people in line and one person checking them in! By the time we got to the counter the agent took our bags, checked them, then said there is no way you are going to make this flight! Which we did not. Our bags were gone, *I had to pay $*** to rent a car to drive back to Myrtle Beach and impose on my relatives for two more days until we could get another flight home. We also had to go to Walmart and spend money to buy clothes for the baby... it was a major inconvenience. *My daughter and I both complained to Frontier separately, she was offered a full refund and a $** voucher, I was offered a generic response telling me my issue does not qualify for a refund. I am very upset about this I incurred a lot of expense because of your lack of staffing. I'm only asking for the price of my airline ticket back, as it was not my fault we missed that flight. Thank you.
