If you are looking to cancel a flight with American Airlines then you will need to either call American or the 3rd party company you used to buy your flights.

You cancelled my flight (Flight *** Denver-Madison departing at *:**om today) after checking in and arrival at the airport. I was sent a link to rebook on another airline that went to a *** page. And I was unable to reach anyone by phone (spending a half an hour plus on hold). We ended up having to book me on another flight ourselves at a crazy high price. I need to be reimbursed as this entire situation was a total nightmare (I was flying out for a family wedding trying to meet my husband and toddler son) and the course of action your company took to rectify said situation was totally unacceptable. I do not want any voucher from you for another flight, I want a full refund for the cancelled flight and a full reimbursement for the other flight I had to book. Please advise ASAP.
