Approximately three weeks ago I contacted Frontier Airlines to inform them that I had to cancel a flight—Confirmation No. H*T**G—from Orlando, FL to Nashville, TN, departing on July **, **** and returning August *, ****. I then contacted the Customer Help department in regard to my reason for an emergency cancellation.**My reason for the emergency cancellation is as follows:*I intended to fly to Nashville to see my half-brother, who is memory impaired, and my sister-in-law who has pancreatic cancer and had been taking chemotherapy for about five weeks at the time. I had planned the visit earlier with their daughter, Pat, who, at the time, was staying with them full time. On about July **, ****, I received an email from Pat asking me not to come* her mother had taken a severe turn for the worst and did not want visitors. I complied, thus the contact with Frontier and the follow-up contact with Customer Help to determine eligibility for a refund.**The only documentation I have is a copy of an email I received from the Customer Help department—*****@***.com, Incident: ******-******—stating that I was not eligible for a refund. I have no other documentation because after a couple of weeks I discarded most of the documents: airline tickets, limo notices, rental car docs, etc.**The only reason I have the CustHelp document, Incident: ******-******, is I planned to follow up with CustHelp after I called Allianz Travel Insurance, with whom I had purchased a travel insurance policy. I called day before yesterday, in fact, but was unable to understand the Allianz Travel Insurance agent. *I am severely hearing impaired***I received serval heartening emails assuring me all was well with my flight reservations, but I thought they were computer generated and they had just not gotten the word of the cancellation. The computer generated message I received today, alarmed me, thus this contact.**Lee Stroud
