The issue in GetHuman-laracarg's own words
I had a flight to Denver from okc on July **th **** that was cancelled and was told to book another flight with another airline and that I would still be able to fly home on my returning flight to okc from Denver on July **th with frontier. * hours before the returning flight it was also cancelled, now leaving me to pay an extra *** dollars on top of the *** I purchased for my original ticket. I am now being told I have to wait *-* weeks for a check when I didn’t have the money to spend in the first place. I would like for the money I spent on another flight to be put back on my card in a timely manner, not in a month and a half. I have bills I need to pay with the money that frontier took away from me
