I bought a pair of jeans for my daughter along with other items, because the dressing rooms are closed, I had to take home to try on. I needed to return the jeans, however between my home and your store the price tag fell off and disappeared, whether it fell out of the bag when the lady dumped the bag on the counter or not. She told me I couldn't return the jeans that didn't fit and she wouldn't do anything to help me. She was rude and wouldn't even look around to see if the tag fell into the other items she was pricing on the counter. I purchased the jeans in the Freehold, NJ mall store, but I returned in the Toms River, NJ mall store, hoping I would find something else. But after speaking to this woman behind the counter, I don't think I can shop in your store any longer. I have to eat a $** pair of jeans because a tag fell off when my daughter tried them on at home, all because your dressing rooms are closed. Other stores have their dressing rooms open, I will go there. Yes, I'm angry. I have never had a problem shopping for my daughter in your stores, but this lady wouldn't hear anything and then spoke to another lady for a second and flat out said no. This would of never happened if she tried on in your store. This is wrong. I want to be able to return these jeans. I do have the receipt and all other tags are still on them. I appreciate your help on this matter. I realize stores are hurting during these times, why would people be so difficult to drive customers away.
