Looking for my refund from Flipkart as per Policy and confirmation of refund ... I bought RealMe X* mobile phone along with Flipkart complete mobile protection plan. My phone got damaged and I claimed by following the instruction provided by Jeeves which took care of my claim. They picked the phone on **th August and returned it to me on *th September. During this period, I tried to know what kind of repair is being done on my phone and I was told that I'll get a job sheet with all details along with the mobile after repair. However no job sheet was provided. Upon receiving the phone, I noticed its back panel is loose and fingerprint sensor is not working. I immediately called Jeeves customer care and informed that mobile is not repaired properly and has issues. At the same time I asked for job sheet and I was told that I'll get it in ** hours on my email which was never received. **Also I got * feedback calls from Jeeves and I informed that my phone is not repaired properly and fingerprint sensor is not working. *Also, I informed them by email and I got a reply to provide a video confirming fingerprint sensor issue which I captured and shared as a reply and after that there is no resolution from Jeeves.**I escalated this to Flipkart and they updated me on **th September via email that as per policy , seller will return me Rs *****. Since then I am following with Flipkart and I am always given a new deadline for the refund. This has done on **th, **rd, **th over email and on **th and **th over phone call with customer care. Every time they as asking for another ** to ** hours period and not processing the refund. **I am being mentally and financially as I am unable to buy a new phone. I also tried to update this issue on Twitter on FlipKart twiter handle but no luck. As per social media team, someone has contacted me and my issue is resolved while this is not the case. **Request you to please help me in this case. I can provide the incident number raised to Flipkart if needed. Please help.
Despite confirming over email multiple times, Flipkart or seller is not refunding money.
They need to refund the amount confirmed over the email as per the complete mobile protection plan
