I wanted to mention that although my orders are usually delivered on time to the nearest location (Deoria- Order no-OD[redacted][redacted]0 placed on 2 Aug [redacted]), this particular order has not been delivered yet.
I have contacted the support team regarding the delay, and they mentioned it's due to the lockdown. However, I have received other items on time during the same period, so I am confused as to why this order is delayed.
The delivery personnel seem to be taking more time than usual to deliver the items, even though they are familiar with the location. I attempted to purchase a mobile on July 8th but encountered a problem with the payment process. After the initial payment timed out, I retried the transaction successfully using the PhonePe app. However, there seems to be a discrepancy as the payment did not reflect on Flipkart, and the order IDs on Flipkart and PhonePe are different. PhonePe claims that you received the payment, but Flipkart denies it. I can provide both order IDs and screenshots from PhonePe to clarify the issue.
Another concern is that the order ID on PhonePe starts with "TX" instead of "OD" like it does on Flipkart. The failed order on Flipkart has the ID OD[redacted][redacted]0, while the successful payment on PhonePe has the ID TX[redacted][redacted]0.
I have tried contacting your customer service representatives, but they were unable to assist me. Please provide a resolution to this matter.

I purchased a gym combo from Flipkart on June 14, [redacted], via cash on delivery. The delivery was due on June 17, but it did not arrive. I made an online payment on June 19 around 1:43 pm after seeing the option to pay and obtain the delivery agent's number on the app. Despite numerous complaints, call back requests, and customer care calls since that day, I have not received my order or been given any update on its delivery status. I placed an order for 60 Liberty LAP XL 30 Adult Diapers (2 quantities of 30 pieces) and pre-paid Rs. [redacted]. Sadly, I only received 30 pieces instead of the full order. The invoice indicates 60 pieces, but the package only contained half the quantity.
My prepaid order is incomplete, yet Flipkart's website shows it as completed. This experience has shattered my trust in Flipkart's reliability for pre-paid orders.

Instead of retrieving a 10 rupees MRP item, the Wishmaster representative collected a dress worth over [redacted] rupees from myntra. Despite my efforts to resolve this with your team, I have not received any assistance so far. The individual who collected the wrong item was Wishmaster - Bhyrava N. I have lodged multiple complaints with Flipkart and had extensive discussions with their staff, but there has been no resolution. When the Wishmaster arrived, he mentioned that the image on his mobile device was not clear and asked to see the product for return. I showed him two items, and he insisted on taking the dress, which belonged to myntra. By afternoon, I received an SMS stating that the return of my Flipkart product (valued at 10 rupees) was completed instead of the myntra dress. I am struggling to get assistance from Flipkart's customer care team to return the product, which is quite frustrating. It seems like there might be some mishandling happening, including Flipkart's involvement. It is disappointing that they did not rectify the situation promptly upon pick-up. I received my 43-inch TV order on August 27. We had to wait for the technician to open the box. On August 28, the technician confirmed that there was no TV inside. I raised the same complaint and was offered a refund by the seller. It's been 8 days, and the seller keeps rejecting my refund request despite the technician confirming the missing product upon opening the sealed box with intact tape and seals. I'm frustrated with the daily calls to Flipkart, as the seller should refund my payment of [redacted] since I didn't receive the product.

Despite providing my bill invoice and extended warranty, the complaint remains unresolved. I am extremely frustrated with Thomson, which I consider one of the worst brands. The customer service from Jeevs and Thomson has been abysmal, with no communication from any service advisor or technician in the past three days. The blame game between Jeevs and Thomson needs to stop as both are providing extremely poor service.
