The pictures are not clear as expected, even with the depth mode not functioning properly. Additionally, the phone's battery performance is poor, requiring two charges per day despite being advertised as 5000mAh. The device lacks essential settings like timelapse, slow motion, and call recording, leaving me dissatisfied. I have attempted to return this phone three times, but the technicians provide incorrect information or do not acknowledge my concerns. Customer care repeatedly promises to resolve the problems but no action is taken, leading to a waste of my money and time. I am eager to return the phone as I am unhappy with its performance.

Dear Sir, I, Sh. Uttam Kadam, made a booking for a double door refrigerator on Flipkart on 03.09.[redacted] from my account ([redacted]). I completed the payment process by entering the OTP received for the transaction on my Flipkart account. Despite the Credit card company debiting Rs. 18,[redacted]/- from my account, my computer screen on Flipkart showed no notification about the product; it remained blank. Upon contacting customer care, they advised me to wait for 24 hours. Even after this period, I did not receive any updates. I have been communicating with customer care daily, but they keep asking me to wait for support from Flipkart. The issue remains unresolved, and the sum of Rs. 18,[redacted]/- is significant for me. I have recently listed 50 products on the Flipkart online portal under the brand name Chaos, including ladies bags, ladies wallets, men's laptop bags, and men's wallets. However, these products are not showing up online. I am looking for guidance on how to make them more visible on our portal for quicker sales. I recently received order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0 for "Look and Like" women's boots in size 41. Unfortunately, instead of the beige boots I ordered, I received black boots with golden embellishments. I am unable to find the option to request a return for the incorrect product on the website under "My Orders." I need assistance with my Flipkart account. It has been blocked suddenly without any warning or explanation. I have been unable to access my account for the past 4-5 days. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they have not provided a solution. They keep asking me to refer to an email, which I have not received. Additionally, I purchased an aarnik back cover for Asus Zenfone Max M2, but I received a completely different product in a damaged package. When I tried to return it, the delivery person refused to take it back, claiming he was instructed to pick up a different product. I have been trying to resolve this for over 11 days, but customer service keeps delaying with no resolution in sight. I am frustrated by the lack of response and support. I urge the higher authorities to intervene, address my concerns, and arrange for a refund for the incorrect product I received.

Whenever I order from your app, Flipkart, there are consistent delays in delivering the products. If you are unable to effectively manage the company, I recommend selling it to Amazon. Amazon's services are exceptional, especially during the pandemic, as they deliver products before the expected date. Despite ordering numerous items from your app, I am consistently disappointed with the service provided. It is imperative that you make changes in your partnership with delivery companies to ensure timely delivery to customers. Tough decisions need to be made to address these shortcomings. I am incredibly frustrated with the current situation, and unless steps are taken to rectify the issues, selling the company might be the best option. The delivering partners employed by your company are incompetent and need to be replaced to improve the overall service quality.

I purchased a RealMe X2 mobile phone from Flipkart along with their complete mobile protection plan. Unfortunately, my phone was damaged, and I followed the instructions provided by Jeeves to make a claim. The phone was picked up on 18th August and returned to me on 9th September. Despite being informed that I would receive a job sheet detailing the repairs, none was provided. Upon inspection, I found that the back panel was loose and the fingerprint sensor was not functioning. I contacted Jeeves customer care immediately, but after multiple interactions, the issues remain unresolved. I escalated the matter to Flipkart, who informed me via email on 19th September that I would receive a refund of Rs [redacted]. However, despite several follow-ups via email and phone, each time I am given a new deadline for the refund without it being processed. This situation has been causing me mental and financial stress as I am currently unable to purchase a new phone. Despite my attempts to address the problem on Twitter, there has been no success. I have already submitted the documents multiple times via email and on my Flipkart account. The order was placed using the registered mobile number ending in [redacted]. Even after being advised by one of your executives to send the documents to [redacted], I am being asked for the documents again. The return process was initiated again today, and I can claim the return by 7th October. I have been trying to return the item since 23rd September and feel completely harassed by this ordeal. I received a different product from what I ordered, a Libas kurti and Palazzo set in Medium size and Grey Shade, but received a Libas ONLY kurti in XS size and Green shade. The Order ID matched what was on the package and in my account (Order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0), but the product was incorrect. I have uploaded all necessary documents to [redacted] and [redacted] but have had issues getting a response and confirmation. The item was prepaid, and this experience has been very disappointing. Dear Team, I have not received any updates regarding my complaint. I accepted an offer to exchange my old washing machine for a new one; however, I was informed that I needed to pay Rs.3,[redacted] for delivery. I paid this amount as instructed, but now I am facing issues with receiving my old machine back or getting a refund. Despite contacting customer care and being promised a resolution by October 4th, the situation remains unresolved. I received a call on October 3rd apologizing for the incident, but I reiterated my request for a refund. After no further communication, I was informed via email that the issue would be resolved by October 5th at 9:58 am. However, upon reaching out to customer care on October 4th, I did not receive a satisfactory response and was asked to call a different number. I request a prompt resolution to this matter and a refund of Rs.3,[redacted] as agreed initially. Thank you.

I ordered a magic mirror. Today my order was supposed to arrive. The delivery person called to say they won't come to my address, despite me having ordered several times to the same address. The delivery person was very rude, as if they were going to give me charity. I felt really bad. CAN YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING TODAY, I like Flipkart but if someone behaves like this, it gives a very bad feeling. I ordered the LG G8X during the #bigbillion_sale with a 6-month EMI plan. The delivery was scheduled for Oct 19. It's now been 3 days, and I haven't received it.
