I have a Charger * for about * weeks now. My fit bit had a red dot on the back for a few days. Now the red dot is gone and there is nothing. The heartbeat is not showing up on the front screen and the battery is dying within a few hours of ***% charge. I have rebooted it multiple times and also let it die completely and then sync it to my phone. I have held the side bar down for a ** second count then synced to my phone with not improvement.**I need to know how to fix this, is there a fix to the problem or do I need to return it.
