I've had my Fitbit Ionic since July **th, ****. It worked well and is in immaculate condition, I've taken good care of it thus far. However, after swiping up to see my daily progress and get my pulse, it didn't seem to work. So I ignored it and kept trying daily without success. I would eventually have to see my progress on my phone through the app. After a few days* I decided to shut off the Fitbit Ionic, unfortunately it did not solve the problem, so I then I Factory reset the device. However, now my Fitbit Ionic does not turn on or do anything. It's completly dead, I tried doing everything. Please help.
