I bought my Fitbit Versa in May ****. For the last several weeks, it is having frequent problems syncing with my iPhone * by Bluetooth. Ever since I purchased the Fitbit, it has been very inaccurate on tracking sleep time (frequently doesn't realize I'm asleep for * or more hours). Also, when I am doing cardio workouts (elliptical or treadmill), the Fitbit will read *** bpm while my chest strap monitor and the health club equipment HRMs will read ****.*The two main reasons why I purchased the Fitbit were to track my sleep and my exercise. It does a very poor job at both. *I have tried all the suggestions to improve tracking, like moving it up on my wrist or turning it so it is on the bottom of my wrist to avoid arm hair. Nothing seems to work.*My preference would be to get a refund since this product is still in warranty and it does not accomplish what Fitbit promised.
