Hello! My daughter has a Fitbit Ace that she received last Christmas. It has been losing its charge very rapidly. She has to charge it every morning, and it has lost its charge by bedtime. Is it possible to get a new one? She doesn't need a band, just a new device. Please advise. Thank you!
