My Fitbit Versa stopped showing the display (time, steps etc..) * days ago... so I made sure it was charged by charging it overnight. The face would light up (back light) but nothing would display. It continued to sync and show the number of steps on the app only. The face of the Versa still blank.*Today, When I tried to reset it by holding down the back button and the bottom button and the Versa shut off completely. To turn it back on, I pressed and held the back button. It has not come back on. I am going to place it in the charging doc and see what happens in a few hours.*This was a replacement Versa. My original versa, purchased on Feb ****, was replaced in August. I'm afraid this is a dud. ** **Please advise.

I contacted fitbit. They walked me through some trouble shooting. Nothing worked. They are in the process of shipping a replacement fitbit.
