The battery life was poor until the versa screen stopped working completely.**I am part of a wellness program at Fox Metro Reclamation District in Oswego, IL. We have purchased around ** fitbits in the last two years. When the problem arose with my fitbit, I informed Dan Rivera, software technician, who is implementing the program. He advised me to contact customer support for a replacement.
