I recently reset my phone and lost the ability to see my fitbit versa on the Bluetooth devices with help from one of agents I’ve reset the versa back to factory settings and have not been able to connect my phone and Fitbit I now have a Fitbit which cannot connect to my Fitbit app. I would love to know how I can start using my Fitbit versa again because it’s a big part of my life please if you have any ideas of how to re connect my phone and Fitbit
