I received my Charge * as a **** Christmas gift and on January *, **** it stopped syncing to my phone. I talked for a long time with a support person and everything we tried did not fix it. I continued to use it to track my steps daily, but never knew anything else because it did not sync. Last night I charged it and when I put it on this morning nothing shows on the screen so now I cannot use it at all. I am very disappointed that it is not working and it is only * months old. What is your policy since it was a gift and I have no way of returning it to where it was bought?

I restarted my device and rebooted it and now I can track my steps. However, the other issue which is that it has not been syncing to my phone since January *th is still a problem. I did speak with customer support at the time and we tried multiple ways of fixing it and I spent a lot of time trying to do so that is why I gave up and just use it for tracking my steps each day. I am still disappointed that we were not able to sync it with my phone.
