Dear Fitbit customer services staff…..**Ordered Fitbit Blaze on ******** & it arrived a few days late. Set up my Fitbit Blaze on*** February, **** - worked fine for THREE days, and I attained over *,*** steps (have an email from you, stating this). Then after that it became faulty….**Problems with Fitbit:**. Time & Date are incorrect, watch*tracker is stuck on **th February***. Bluetooth on my mobile works, until I 'wake' the Fitbit watch* then the mobile's Bluetooth turns off and won't turn back on.**. Fitbit's Bluetooth Classic (under settings) - turns on, and then when checked again - it automatically turns off?!!**I have sourced information on Time*Date settings & referred to the Manual, and checked *if the watch*tracker is set on Australian *Melbourne's time zone. It was…. **Could you please advise me on how to correct this problem* but if not possible (the watch is faulty) - I'd like it to be exchanged.**I am attaching documentation of the Invoice*purchase of the Fitbit Blaze, and also a sectional summary of the actual charge that was debited from my account.
