My Fitbit charge * not auto recognising my exercise, I purchased ******** and it worked perfectly fine for around two weeks! I have reset numerous times and it is still not tracking exercise. It does track as active minutes, but no breakdown of exercise routines? Please can you help, I have been on the Fitbit help forums, Someone even suggested changing clock face which I tried, but still not working? Many thanks tara masters
