I bought a fitbit Versa from Kohl's department store * days ago and set it up last night. There are black lines through the info on my screen. I want to return my Versa to Kohls' as an even exchange for another exact item. Can you delete my fitbit account (including all of my data)? or do I have to do it. And.... how long before the data and my account is erased so I can get a new fitbit and set up a new account for the new device?
