This is the second time I am submitting this information. I don't think it was received. I talked with support last year about my Fit Bit Charge *. It was making a tender spot on my arm. They said I could get a refund. I like the unit so I kept trying. Lately I tried to wear it for a week straight. I have a large raw spot on my arm. I would like to get that refund now.
