So, I just got a new fitbit charge *, and my husband is taking my old fitbit charge *. (I needed a smaller size and he wanted one). Anyway, I removed the black strap fitbit from my phone and paired my new blue strap one. I then set up a new account and downloaded the app for my husband. I had it all set up, and not the black band fitbit charge * won't turn on. It won't vibrate when I charge it. I tried to reset it by holding the button, and nothing happens. HELP!!!
