The issue in GetHuman1194785's own words
Hello,*I love my Fitbit however, I thought I should let you know that it is causing small, raised burns to my wrist where it rests. I have two small red burns precisely where the green lights (heart rate monitor?) from the Fitbit are on my skin. They are getting worse. First I had one small blister like sore and now two are there and they are getting redder and bigger. Are others reporting this? Is there anything you can do to fix this or another model that doesn’t do this? I am to the point where I may not be able to wear it which is very disappointing because I love the features and look. I can send you a picture of the burns if you’d like.*Thank you,*Hope Horner
