I use fitbit to monitor my daily walking activity. This is then picked up by Vitality (my life policy insurer) who then award me points. This has been fine for over a year but lately vitality are not picking up the correct steps when I have done more than **,*** steps a day. They only pick up ****-**** steps for the day and award me * points instead of * (for **,*** - **,***) steps per day.
