Help with my Fitbit issue

I purchased my fitbitHR next month may will be * years. The band is broken off, some of the pieces where you charge it has broken off. I love my fitbit, I use it daily. My complaint is that I paid $***. Too expensive to only last not even * years.
GetHuman-columbaj did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
