I received a delivery from Vitacost on 10/09. The box was left inside my apartment unit at the top of a staircase. Due to my disability, all deliveries should be placed in front of my ground-level apartment door. This was previously resolved by FedEx when a similar incident occurred. I have reached out to FedEx, speaking to nine customer service representatives and a manager, but have not received assistance. I contacted Vitacost, who mentioned reaching out to FedEx on my behalf. We specifically chose FedEx as our shipper for this vendor and I rely on these deliveries for essential groceries and health products. I hope for a resolution soon.

FedEx Tracking #[redacted]17 shows delivery on 10/13/20. I received a delivery email from Walmart after the delivery time. The package was not on my porch but in a risky spot near my garage. This has happened before, and Walmart helped with the previous incident. I want FedEx to remind their driver to leave packages on the porch and ring the doorbell. The package I had picked up by FedEx in July, originating [redacted] miles away, has traveled over [redacted] miles across the country and has not arrived after 11 weeks. The lack of communication from the telephone representative and unanswered emails are disappointing. I am considering canceling the medical product purchased for my mother-in-law and switching from FedEx to UPS due to this poor customer service experience. The current state of customer service is concerning, and the handling of this situation reflects a serious flaw in the system. It is frustrating to see how the package has accumulated enough miles to fly to the moon, yet it still hasn't been delivered. It's disheartening how our nation has shifted from being manufacturing-focused to service-oriented but lacks proper service standards.

My package reached your location in West Lebanon a day before it was scheduled for delivery. Despite being on the truck all day yesterday, it has not been delivered yet. The delivery date was changed to the 20th, and the driver claimed they couldn't find my address at 9 High Street, Apartment [redacted], Lebanon, NH, as Mascoma Village doesn't register on your GPS. This has happened before, and I am frustrated. I have my phone with me, so I can't even contact you directly.

I mailed a FedEx package to the DMV in Wildwood, FL for my license plate, with the form filled out by a local agent. However, the DMV reported issues with the airbill and said they couldn't send it. They have to retrieve it from the Brooksville FedEx office. I tried calling Brooksville but couldn't speak to anyone without tracking info. I'm frustrated and need to contact an agent in Brooksville urgently. Can you help me reach someone there quickly? Time is crucial in this matter.

Regarding tracking number [redacted]04, I recently faced delivery exceptions two times. The shipper mistakenly sent my package to my PO Box instead of my residential address. Initially scheduled for delivery on 10/8/[redacted], the local FedEx office in Durango, Colorado, contacted me, claiming my address was invalid. Despite FedEx successfully delivering to my address for years, they insisted it was incorrect, suggesting I pick it up instead, inconveniently an hour away. Today, on 10/20/[redacted], a dispatcher called to inform me that the driver was near the post office and needed to deliver to my correct physical address. After confirming my address, the driver was supposed to deliver to my residence. However, moments later, I received a text declaring a rescheduled delivery for 10/8 (in the past) due to being "Unable to deliver," citing an invalid address upon checking online. I need assistance with my package delivery. The tracking number is [redacted]51, and it is addressed to Eddie Bauer returns at [redacted] Port Road, Groveport,Ohio, [redacted]. The package was sent on 10/08 with an expected arrival date of 10/13/20. Despite tracking it daily since 10/13, with the package traversing multiple locations including Groveport, Grove City, Columbus, and even Whitehall in Ohio before returning to Groveport, it has not been delivered. I have requested a trace through Fed Ex on 10/16, but there has been no update within the 48-hour window as promised. Each representative assures me the package is not lost and will be delivered, yet the tracking continues to show it circulating between cities daily with promises of delivery each day that are not fulfilled.

I encountered an issue with the email address '[redacted]' found on your website as it returned as undeliverable. I need assistance with a situation involving a shipment that FedEx did not complete. Despite being refunded for the original delivery, I am now being billed for the return shipment that only occurred due to FedEx's failure to deliver. I urge a reevaluation of the charges on Invoice Number 3-[redacted]7. The package, sent on Feb 24, [redacted], was a care package to a US Army Soldier in Kuwait and was returned unexplained. After receiving an unexpected invoice of $[redacted].18 for the return shipment, I tried contacting FedEx but received no resolution. I returned a large package via Fed Ex to Meble Furniture. They claim they never received it and suspect it might have been redirected to Amazon since they were the third-party seller. We were instructed to leave the package on the front porch for Fed Ex to retrieve. Although we didn't receive a tracking number, the package disappeared after being left out for pick up. I used to receive my FedEx deliveries inside my screened-in porch, but lately, they have been left on the ramp deck. Today, I received a package with tracking #[redacted]44 marked "perishable," and it was left under the hot sun, causing the contents to become very hot with condensation inside. This affects the frozen products negatively. I want the FedEx drivers to know to place all my deliveries inside the screened-in porch as before. Even if some items are heavy, this is part of their job. I am frustrated with food, medication, and other items getting ruined, as I cannot afford to waste money.

I've had a FedEx account for many years, but after not using it for a while, I recently tried to update my information online. I accidentally gave a package with a FedEx label to a USPS clerk. I went back to the post office and explained the situation. The clerk assured me that USPS would pass it to FedEx once they realized the mistake, as it happens frequently. We pay for door-to-door service, but our items are not being delivered as expected. This creates an issue as packages are left unattended and can be taken by others. I have encountered a recurring issue where my packages, typically delivered by Walmart, are being left exposed near a rock at the fork in the road upon entering my street. The house numbers #[redacted], #[redacted], and mine at #[redacted] are not easily visible from this point, and the packages have been left out in the open, making them hard to retrieve, especially for my disabled self. This has happened recently, and it has caused inconvenience as we only noticed the packages after heading into town.
