This email is in reference to Tract No. **** **** *****I recently placed an order for floor tiles from southern California. The first * of * packages were delivered on Monday and Tuesday of this last week. Package number * was damages during shipping (by Fedex) and was "lost". Package appeared in Sacramento this last Thursday. After reaching a customer service agent on Thursday, I was assured that I would have the package by end of the business day on Saturday. Your website reflected this information Friday afternoon. When I went to check the status of the package Saturday morning, it changed to by end of the day of this coming Tuesday. I am DISAPPOINTED in your efforts. I was told that the package was in Fairfield. When I went to Fairfield to retrieve the package. The Customer Service agent indicated that the package was not there and still in Sacramento. I hate being LIED TO. The package is due to be delivered by the end of the day Tuesday. A week after the last package was delivered. How would you feel if you were in my shoes? What financial restitution do you think is appropriate?
