Find out exactly where my package is and why it hasnt left Memphis yet. ... My package has been stuck "in transit" in Memphis TN for ** days now. I have had multiple phone calls with FedEx to try and find out what's going on. My first call to FedEx the rep told me that my package was held in customs, the second call the next day another rep said it had been released and then *rd time they said that no its still held in customs and that there was nothing they could do. Seeing as I couldn't get a straight answer I decided to contact customs myself and explain my situation.**A very helpful customs service ***istant explained that if they were actually holding my package then the fedex customs broker should've been ***igned a file entry number for my package and said that if FedEx couldn't provide my entry number to me then it was likely that the broker hadn't even filed one yet. She stated that a lot of the time this is what has happened and is a common occurrence with courier companies withcustoms brokers. Then she said that this entry number is what I needed for customs to be able to do anything further to help me.**Ok great so all I had to do was call FedEx back and request my customs file entry number and I could get this resolved. However, after calling FedEx I was told yet again that the package is in customs and they couldn't provide me with any further information. I explained that all I needed was the entry number and explained to FedEx what the customs ***istant told me but still the FedEx rep kept saying the same thing and that there was nothing they could do they weren't even listening to me and They clearly couldn't provide me with the information I needed and I felt like I hit a dead end.**So currently.....**It has been ** days since my PRIORITY order was ****pped. The tracking is still active as it still updates everyday, it just doesn't ever move off the "in transit",status at Memphis TN. I know FedEx has *****ed up somewhere because their reviews are riddled with stories like these where FedEx make these mistakes regularly. At this point I don't care who is to blame or made the mistake (but it was FedEx) I just want to find my package and get this resolved.
Felt like from the first call to fedex that no one cared or were even listening to what I had to say. Seemed like they were more concerned about ****fting the blame to customs to cover up their own incompetence. Most frustrating thing was that they pretty much had the same answer for every question I asked. They weren't concerned about their customer they only were concerned about their company's re****tion. Which is why I have made efforts to try to get others to stop using fedex for their businesses and search for other options. And that's it, My very disappointing first and absolute last experience dealing with fedex ever again.
I want them to find my package and deliver it not just p*** the blame to another office so they dont have to do anything at all.
