To cancel your AT&T account you will need to call into support. But before, you should find another provider and check to see if your number is portable, meaning you can bring the phone number to another company.

Okay so I got this myfamilymobile phone I bought it third-party and now I would like to activate it on my Cricket line and I have my Cricket SIM card and I called myfamilymobile because I wanted to know why well SIM card says Network locked and I have to unlock my phone from myfamilymobile how can I fast track this unlock in because evidently the person who had the phone before only had ** more days needed of service for it to be quote-unquote released and able to be unlocked I'm not going to do ** days of myfamilymobile because I have already paid for and am now with Cricket was not with my family mobile prior what am I supposed to do my number has already switch to Cricket
GetHuman-skaeight did not yet indicate what Family Mobile should do to make this right.
