Someone has gained unauthorized access to my accounts, and I am struggling to reset them as they changed all my information. I have been unable to receive the verification codes to reset my three accounts that I have held for three years. My personal details, including my real cellphone number and personal email, have been altered. The business account is under the name EDEN TRANSIT ENTERPRISES in Marietta, GA, but it displays as EDEN TRANSPORTATION JESUS GIRL with a picture of a white semi-truck. The individual has even removed me from the admin dashboard. Moreover, my personal account, named MIA MIA with a photo of my husband and me with my son playing football, has also been compromised. Despite numerous attempts, I have not been successful in regaining control. I have been contacting customer service for months now, but the imposter seems to have replaced all my information with theirs.

I am advertising a room for rent but Facebook didn't have a specific category for rooms, so I listed it under "Apartment" with a clear description that it's a room and not a 2-bedroom apartment for $[redacted] a month. A person named Marty accused me of being a scammer because I didn't include utilities in the price. Our conversation went like this: Marty: "Put the full amount you're asking! Scammer!" Debby: "Facebook didn't offer a room option, sorry." Marty: "The full amount is $[redacted] a month for a ROOM, plus utilities you conveniently added afterwards." Debby: "I'm not a scammer, just trying to clarify the details." Marty: "You're a scammer clown, I reported you." I felt offended by Marty's behavior and asked for advice on how to handle this situation without my account being blocked. Thank you. - Debby

I tried reaching out to a person named Sandra on Messenger for a grant, but she has taken over my Messenger and Facebook accounts. My name is Mia Newell, and I reside in Marietta, GA. Sandra is using my accounts to scam money from others. I hope that action can be taken to stop her from exploiting my accounts. Sandra, who is of Spanish descent, has put a two-step verification on my accounts, requesting a code generator. Hello, My Facebook account has been hacked. I have spent at least 15 hours in the last few weeks and months trying to figure out how to contact Facebook, but without success. I have tried every possible solution I could find online to recover my account, despite being knowledgeable in digital matters. I have attempted some solutions for the 20th time with no luck. Without support, I have no chance of getting my account back. Do I really need to involve a law firm? The email address linked to my Facebook account is not mine, and I have no other way to recover the account. Additionally, I have been logged out from all devices, as you can imagine. I am concerned because my 12-year-old daughter's friend took a profile photo of me and my daughter from my private Facebook without permission. My daughter told me that her friend posted the photo on other social media platforms. This friend is underage and I did not add her on Facebook for that reason. I added her mother as a friend and already warned her about the situation, but it happened again. My 11-year-old daughter does not have any social media accounts for safety reasons.

Hello, I have been facing issues for the past few days. Every time I try to send a report form from my email [redacted] (phone number: +[redacted]95), I receive an error message stating, "We could not send you information log in to your account to return back to Facebook." My Facebook account was hacked, and the person who accessed it posted inappropriate images. I have tried to rectify the situation by changing my password and reverting the phone number to mine, but my Facebook and Instagram accounts remain suspended. This has also affected my business Instagram account, where unauthorized ads were placed and charged to my bank account. Dear Support Team, I have been facing a challenging issue recently. Whenever I attempt to send my reports via email, I receive an error message stating, "We could not send your information; log in to your account to return back to Facebook." I believe my account was hacked, as someone posted images that may have violated security rules. I swiftly changed my password and phone number, but my Facebook account remains suspended. About 30 days ago, I woke up without my glasses and accidentally changed my Year of Birth in my Rob Rum account. Now I'm locked out because it claims I'm too young at 52! I've tried everything to correct it with no success. I even sent my credit card as proof of identity with no response. My Facebook account was hacked last Thursday by someone from Romania. The hacker was able to add their email and phone number to my account, remove mine, and reset my password. I managed to regain access by re-associating my email using Facebook's identification tools. When attempting to reset my password, a 6-digit code and reset link were sent to both my emails and the hacker's defunct mail.com address. Despite receiving the codes, none of them worked, and Facebook blocked me after several unsuccessful attempts. I then tried to recover my password using my phone, inadvertently creating a new account linked to my deleted Gmail address. My friends confirmed I disappeared from their lists, and I am unable to find my profile through Facebook search, yet I still receive notifications.

My Facebook account was hacked last Thursday by someone from Romania. The hacker added their email and phone number, removed my email, and reset the password. However, when trying to reset the password, I receive two different codes - one to my email and one to the hacker's now inactive email. Despite this, none of the codes work when I try to reset the password. Facebook then restricts my attempts due to too many failed tries. Additionally, I unintentionally created a new account associated with my Gmail when trying to recover my password on my phone. My friends confirmed I vanished from their friend list, but I still receive notifications from some of them. I'm seeking a valid reset password code from Facebook to resolve this issue.

Recently, my computer crashed, and I lost my shortcut to access my account. My email address was changed from [redacted] to [redacted] due to Excite's sale to Bluetie, making it impossible for me to reset my password. I created a new account unknowingly violating Facebook's policies, and now they are threatening to ban me permanently. My Facebook account was locked four days ago due to unauthorized access. The email I used before is no longer accessible, and I can't retrieve the code to unlock it. I tried using my phone number for verification, but despite receiving the code, I couldn't proceed. After multiple attempts, my number got blocked from receiving more codes. I posted a house rental listing on a marketplace in Michigan, but I didn't have a chance to respond to all inquiries before being told I didn't meet the platform's standards for posting. I'm new to using this marketplace and I'm unsure exactly what I did wrong. I provided my contact information for the listing and directed inquiries to contact another person who was the landlord. I believe this might not comply with the standards, as I am not the one seeking tenants for the rental property. I realize now that I didn't fully understand the rules and requirements.
