I have reported 3 fake pages pretending to be my friend multiple times, but Facebook has not removed them. Despite confirming with my friend that he did not create these pages, they continue to exist. I recently received a friend request from one of these fake pages, which I promptly reported and blocked. If a human can assist me, I am willing to provide details about my friend's authentic profile and the fake ones. These impostor pages are causing problems for my friend's actual friends and urgently need to be removed. Please contact me via email if you can assist with this issue.

My Facebook account, Daniel Borges', was hacked a month ago. Despite contacting support, nothing has been done even after my friends reported it as stolen. I've noticed the account is still active and has my photos. I'm extremely upset as I've lost 15 years of memories and someone else is using it for unknown purposes. I want to resolve this issue but don't know who to contact for help. I've already provided my ID to Facebook to prove ownership, but no action has been taken. I have been dedicated to my Starmaker account for six years, putting in countless hours to become a verified singer with over 100k followers. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my account. Hello. I believe that my Facebook account has been compromised. Yesterday, while I was away, I received several account reset emails and a password reset notification, which I did not request. Unfortunately, my account got suspended for reasons unknown to me. I tried to appeal the suspension but ended up being permanently locked out of my account. I managed to change the password via my mobile phone for verification, but I noticed that the reset requests originated from a different location and IP address during a time when I was driving, making it clear that I did not make those requests. The business pages I manage are not loading properly on any device. I have tried clearing the cache and search history, restarting the devices, and removing and re-adding Facebook, but the issue persists. My personal page functions correctly, but the business pages only load the top part and then stop displaying anything below the top picture and information. The business pages are Facebook.com/pennyfundforcats and Facebook.com/stayonthestrip. I currently have two pending ads, and I am concerned because the review process is taking longer than usual, approximately 16 hours. Additionally, I am experiencing difficulties with editing the pages. Even when logged into my personal account, the pages do not fully load, and when I try to access them as a guest, they time out and fail to load. This problem is occurring across all devices despite multiple attempts to resolve it with resets and cache clearing.

My Instagram account, @mkay_15, was hacked on May 6th, and the hacker changed my email, phone number, and account name. They also activated Two-Factor Authentication to prevent further changes. My business account, crucial for community connection, no longer exists. I am seeking help to regain control of my account. I have reported the issue to Facebook and Instagram. Facebook has emailed me to verify my ownership of the account.

Good day! Yesterday, my Facebook account was hacked. I changed the password, but now I can't access my page. When I enter the password, it asks for a code from the code generator, which is not being sent to my phone. Three days ago, my Instagram account was suspended without any prior notice stating that I had violated community guidelines on Facebook. Subsequently, my Facebook account was also suspended, and I received a notification error mentioning that my post goes against community standards related to child sexual exploitation. I have not been active on Facebook recently, and on Instagram, I primarily posted stories. I am confident that I have not breached any guidelines, especially those concerning sexual content.

Hello, my personal and business emails along with Facebook have been hacked. The hackers managed to reset my Facebook password and posted inappropriate pictures. I am currently locked out of both my business and personal accounts. I require assistance with this issue.
