Good afternoon, I have been trying to reach out to someone at Facebook for assistance, but I have had no luck so far. On April 13th, [redacted], my Facebook account was hacked along with the original email linked to it, [redacted] I have followed all the steps Facebook requested, including changing the email associated with the account to the one I am using now and adding backup emails [redacted] and [redacted] I provided my ID to prove my identity and answered additional security questions. However, when I attempt to log in, I receive one of two messages: one stating that Facebook will review my account within 24 hours and the other saying I cannot post or comment on Messenger for 3 days. I did not agree to any actions taken by the hacker on my account. I am unable to access the help center as I am stuck in this loop during login. I have tried numerous methods like password resets, forums, accessing the help center without login, and providing my ID again. I have emailed other accounts, messaged on Twitter, and even attempted calling without success.
