Hello, I recently sold a French oak table and chairs. The buyer, M.S., only viewed them upon delivery and now claims the items are not as described in the ad. Hello, I appreciate your attempt to assist me. Unfortunately, none of the provided links are helpful in solving my issue. As an admin, I am trying to remove someone from a specific role on the site. The steps given involve accessing the news feed, going to site settings, and selecting the person to remove. However, since I am no longer an admin, I cannot follow these steps. I am the rightful admin of the site and need to regain access from the individual who was not appointed by me. Hello there, I have been unable to access my account for about 6 months now. I have submitted my ID multiple times for review, but I am unable to provide newer or better ID at the moment. I cannot download my information, interact in chat, or scroll through conversations. When attempting to log out due to a network error message, I was surprised to receive a notification stating my account would be disabled in 1 day, even though I rarely use it anymore. The situation seems unreasonable, especially for a platform like Facebook. I am confused as to why my account might be disabled when it has been inactive for so long. Additionally, I do not understand how COVID-19 restrictions could be preventing the review of my ID. The whole ordeal is becoming frustrating.

Hello, I am reaching out because our FACEBOOK page, ZAPP, has been blocked since Monday morning. We have been using this page successfully for 2 years without any issues. While updating the company's information, a mistake was made with the date input, which didn't match an adult's date. The person handling the update process had to submit their document to confirm their legal age. However, we have not received any notifications or updates since then. Restoring our account is crucial due to its history and the work put into it. Unfortunately, we are unable to contact FACEBOOK directly. My comment was removed, and I was banned from going live for 24 hours. This unjust action was taken not because I deserved it, but due to various organizations occupying our countries. They are killing people in Afghanistan, and no one is addressing these serious issues. When I tried to raise awareness on Facebook, I faced punishment. It is disheartening that while people are being discriminated against and killed in Afghanistan, I am being targeted in London for minor issues like a taxi license. I am willing to face any consequences for speaking the truth, and I demand justice for the 21 years of my life that have been impacted by this discriminatory government. The media should focus on the real issues affecting people rather than sensationalizing news about terrorist groups.

I am experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account. Upon trying to log in, it says my password is old and attempts to send a verification code to an unfamiliar email. I am unable to receive this code as the email provided is unknown to me. When I input my phone number, I can locate my account but am unable to log in due to the password issue. It wants to send a recovery code to an email I do not recognize. I suspect that my account has been hacked. Once I regain access, I can identify the hacker. They are posing as an American hope relief group offering large sums of money due to natural disasters. Can someone please assist me in regaining access to my account and securing it? I appreciate any help provided, thank you.

My name is Rebecca Khan-E and my account was suspended for 24 hours due to mistaken bullying allegations. The posts were directed at my partner, Dylan M Dyer, who has been spreading lies and hate about me, even after I reported his actions to the police. The posts were not intended for bullying but were made to address the domestic violence he has subjected me to, including incidents witnessed by my son. I feel unfairly judged and hurt as I have been suffering from his harassment. Two others, Dani T and Tracey S from my hometown in Albany Western Australia [redacted], are also involved in the online bullying. Their actions have taken a toll on me emotionally, to the point where I feel suicidal. I disagree with the decision to suspend my account and plan to seek legal advice regarding this matter. Dylan's false portrayal of me as his ex and misspelling my name to harass me have caused immense distress. I will not tolerate this mistreatment and will file an official complaint regarding the suspension over my posts asking Dylan to take responsibility for his violent behavior.

Someone has been using my email account, Rebecca [redacted], so I am unable to access it. The unauthorized user can be traced to Mexico. They have accessed my credit cards and Facebook account, preventing me from logging in. I am unable to delete the accounts they have set up with my information. I want any accounts with my name or image to be deleted. I would like to switch to Rebecca [redacted] I request to keep my current account but change the email address to the new one. Until this hacking issue is resolved, I want to use Rebecca [redacted] Please refrain from emailing me, and instead, contact me by phone at [redacted] in the US. Hello, I have submitted a complaint regarding my Facebook account feature issue through your support department. I installed Messenger on my phone without a Facebook account. Later, my daughter created an account for me to link it. Unaware I had an old account, I mistakenly used the wrong phone number. This connected to someone else who had to make an account to notify me of the mix-up, causing her inconvenience for a year. Despite reporting the issue multiple times via the "report a problem" option and seeking help on the community forums, there was no response from Facebook. When they finally intervened, they deleted my accounts, messages, and banned me instead of helping me resolve the situation. As a 58-year-old woman skeptical of online safety, I feel let down by the lack of support. I am requesting the restoration of my messages and connection of my accounts with the correct phone number. I hope for more efficient technical support from experienced professionals rather than just community users. If Facebook invests in advertising, it should also prioritize user assistance and attention.

I have been unable to access my Facebook account for several years. Recently, I attempted to log in to update my page, but I couldn't recall my password. When I tried to recover it, I was prompted to log in to change my email if I no longer have access. I have not been receiving any password reset emails from Facebook despite checking all folders, including spam. I require Facebook to send me a recovery email to regain access to my account and reset my password.

Dear Sir, I am a journalist, author, poet, photographer, researcher, reciter, film director, and social worker. I have been using my Facebook account for 10 years without any issues. However, on 14/02/21 around 12:16 am, when I tried to log in, I received a message stating my account has been disabled for review and requested that I submit my identity, to which I uploaded a photo of my Passport. Despite this, my account is still inaccessible. Although I receive offline notifications of others' posts, no one can visit my profile. I am unsure of the exact reason for this review and disablement. I always adhere to Facebook's rules and regulations and if I have unknowingly done something wrong, please inform me so I can rectify it. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly so I can regain access to my account to reconnect with friends, followers, and retrieve my articles, photography, and poems created and posted over the past 10 years. I currently have over 3 Facebook accounts that I am attempting to recover. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the associated emails or phone numbers. Despite trying various troubleshooting tools in the help center, I have been unsuccessful. In dealing with one specific account, the linked email is not familiar to me, yet I am certain the account is mine. I am interested in adding a new email for verification purposes in order to regain access to my accounts. I have exhausted the options provided in the help center and Facebook identity tools multiple times with no success. I require additional assistance beyond what has been offered so far.

My account was deleted because my Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker shared things that violated Facebook's rules. I was chatting with a friend when suddenly my Facebook connected from a Huawei device and sent a video, triggering Facebook's algorithm to disable my account. I have been punished unfairly by Facebook before for reasons like racism or violent language, which is not true. I sent a photo of my identification to verify my account, and now I only have 10 days left before my account is completely deleted from Facebook's platform. It also includes profiles of other apps linked to Facebook. If I ever broke Facebook's rules, I apologize and promise not to do it again, although I want to emphasize that I haven't done anything wrong. Thank you to whomever this concerns. If it's impossible to recover my account, I would at least like the profiles of the apps linked to Facebook as they were connected for a reason, and I also cared about my profile integrity. I was locked out of my Facebook account. I sent my ID as requested, and it was accepted. However, Facebook reactivated an account I had deleted 10 years ago under my previous name, Bina Rajput. The email address on this old account was the same as on my current account - Bee Bina. Despite numerous attempts, I failed to resolve this due to unhelpful responses from Facebook. I asked for the old account, Bina Rajput, to be deleted, which has been done, but my registered email address was also removed. Now, I have no access to my current account, Bee Bina, which Facebook locked me out of. This account, with memories and contacts, has been inaccessible for 10 years. I really need someone to contact me to resolve this issue quickly. Why can't Facebook fix their mistake promptly and accurately?

I recently created a Facebook account for my blog, but it was unexpectedly disabled within a few days. Upon trying to recreate it, I faced the same issue, possibly due to using the same IP/MAC address. I hadn't even finished setting up the profile or posted any content when the account was deleted. We are experiencing issues accessing our Facebook page. Initially, we received a message indicating possible hacking and added a separate confirmation code feature to access via mobile. Although it worked briefly, it is no longer functional. We would like to either remove this feature or fix it. Communicating with Facebook has been challenging, and we are frustrated with the lack of support. Our email system is also slow, adding to the problem.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account as it has been hacked. The email associated with the account was changed without my authorization. When I attempt to log in, it prompts me to enter my current or old password, but it indicates that the password was changed recently. I tried the account recovery process, but it redirected messages to an email that is not mine. Despite indicating that I no longer have access to that email, the recovery process insists on sending a code to that email. I'm stuck in a loop as the code is being sent to the incorrect email address provided during recovery.
